Your item must meet the below requirements in order to be approved for store credit.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, hygiene liner still in place, unsoiled, unwashed, no odours (including perfume) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. If these conditions are not met, your return will be rejected and returned back to you at your own expense.
We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

We strongly recommend sending returned items via a tracked service as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
Please email admin@matithelabel.com with your order number and photo of your order within 14 days of receiving your item. If your item is deemed faulty, we will send out a replacement. Refunds will only be issued if the item is unable to be replaced
We are unable to change your order onces its been placed. If you have entered the wrong address please let us know as soon as possible or contact the courier directly.

SIZING
MATI is true to size however; we strongly recommend checking each product description for sizing advice as some fabrics provide a higher stretch factor.
If between sizes we do recommend sizing down.
