Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start your return please click here 

We accept change of mind, size changing, and style changing in exchange for a store credit only. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, hygiene liner still in place, unsoiled, unwashed, no odours (including perfume) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. If these conditions are not met, your return will be rejected and returned back to you at your own expense. 

Please note that it is the customers responsibility to pay for the shipping cost in the return process. Once your return has been accepted we will send you instructions on how to return your item. Items sent back to us without approval or request sent first will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve appropriately. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All items in our SALE section are final sale only and can not be returned. This also includes gift cards. 

If you purchase your item on a storewide sale or promotion period and would like to return your item, we will provide you with a store credit at the value of the item at the time of your return. 

Exchanges

Due to high demand we cannot guarantee the item/s will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive a store credit which will be valid for 12 months. 

Refunds

Unfortunately we do not process refunds.
